ASPEN EA100 AND GAD29B TRANSFORMER ADAPTERS
Tulsa Avionics has available several versions of autopilot interface adapters now available that will provide the required transformer isolation as shown in the Garmin G5 and Aspen EFD1000 installation manuals. These small extruded aluminum enclosures include flange mounts for easy mounting in the aircraft and measure 3.24"(w) x 1.12"(h) x 3.94"(d). These units provide a solution for the technician to expedite their installation with these adapters for the GAD29B and the Aspen EA100 TR1 and TR2. The installer has the responsibility to certify these pre-assembled adapters in accordance with the FAA Parts 21, 43 and with reference to AC20-62E regarding installation of electrical parts and instruments.
